I found the hotel clean. The location is convenient as it is directly in front of a metro station, so getting around was easy. It's a ten minute walk to the gold market, this made transportation simple to any place. I had a wonderful experience.

the front desk staff made check-in very simple. they even upgraded my room as a special gesture! the entire hotel radiates elegance. plush bedding and nice amenities.
I encountered unsettling noises at night. there was even a smell of smoke. It. i think the hotel can improve noise isolation.

I found the service in the restaurants lacking. The staff seemed to move between both restaurants simultaneously, causing delays (which was really annoying). housekeeping requires improvement. I had to make repeated requests, and the basic amenities were provided only upon request, something i didn't like at ALL.

The hotel staff was attentive and helpful, especially at reception. I received a room upgrade upon arrival, a pleasant surprise. The quick and efficient check-in process added to my satisfaction. I appreciated this smooth service. The hotel also had thoughtful service.
This caused noise at times, and it was quite disturbing.
